Independent Concrete Cutting Inc. is searching for goal oriented, talented individuals with exception leadership and organizational skills to fill a Sales/Estimating/Project Managing positions in our Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valley Areas.  Through extensive hands-on training, personal mentorships, and countless opportunities for professional development ICC’s goal is to hire and develop the leaders of our company through our entry-level sales/management positions.

Position Responsibilities 

  • Seeking and developing long term partnerships within the construction and service industries.

  • Plan reading, estimating, documenting, and managing large and small projects.

  • Understanding basics of selective demolition including methods and procedures.

  • Committed to safe work environments.

  • Test

 

 

Position Requirements

  • Degree in any engineering field or construction management preferred.

  • Willingness and ability to relocate to Santa Clarita or Antelope Valley.

  • Excellent writing, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

  • Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet customer needs.  

 

Training
Sales/Project Managers begin their career with ICC with a 90 day paid training program.  At this time you’ll develop and understanding of our company culture and our strong focus on safety, and customer satisfaction learning all aspects of our product, services and systems.  Training includes a look into sales strategies, project research, project managing, relationship building

 

Relocation
Upon successful completion of the program and as a new ICC team member candidates must be flexible and open to relocating to a predetermined area within Los Angeles County.
