Safety - The safety of our customers and employees is our primary goal

 

We are in the midst of a global response to the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic and we are taking a measured response to mitigate risk. We have instructed all employees to follow CDC guidelines to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. This includes frequent hand washing and disinfecting, avoiding close personal contact, staying home if experiencing symptoms or feeling sick, covering coughs and sneezes, frequently cleaning surfaces, and other similar guidance.

 

Reliability - We intend to continue construction service activities to meet customer needs.

 

Independent Concrete Cutting Inc recognizes the challenges contractors, property owners, service industry and homeowners face, and their dependence on projects being completed in a timely manner. The Independent Concrete Cutting Team will do all we can to ensure our services continue throughout this crisis. In order to continue service during this unpredictable time, there may be additional changes to project schedules based on the limited labor available, and our commitment to provide safe working spaces for our employees.

 

In spite of our best efforts, it is inevitable that some requested service calls may be disrupted or delayed during the COVID-10/Coronavirus pandemic. Some due to our valued customers unexpectedly suspending or delaying all activities at various locations. Further, our commitment to safety may require we suspend all operations if directed by a governmental agency with jurisdiction over our work.

 

Courtesy - We will provide up to date notice and clearly communicate any impact to your project.

 

We will continue to diligently monitor any developments of the COVID-19/Coronavirus response, and swiftly act to comply with public officials' recommendation for steps to take to limit the spread of the virus. If your project is one of those impacted by this disruption, we will be providing you a separate notice with more details related to your project. We ask that all our valued customers display the same courtesy and work in good faith with ICC to minimize construction service disruptions.
